Company Culture Vital in Recruiting Employees

According to new research from conducted by NFI Research, the three most effective incentives for recruitment were:

  1. Company culture (59%)
  2. Organization's reputation (57%)
  3. Stability of the company (54%)

For retention of valued employees, the top three incentives were

  1. Company culture (57%)
  2. Stability of company (50%)
  3. Flexibility (44%)
