Running a small business can be boiled down to TWO activities:

1. PLANNING
2. EXECUTION

There are only 4 possible combinations to the above formula, and two possible outcomes:

• GOOD execution of a BAD plan ----> leads to failure.
• BAD execution of a GOOD plan----> leads to failure.
• BAD execution of a BAD plan----> leads to failure.
• GOOD execution of a GOOD plan----> leads to success.
